Beautiful evergreen foliage and yellow clusters of flowers sometimes blooming as early as February.  Great food plant for bumble bees and mason bees and hummingbirds!  Also produces edible berries in the summer that can be eaten by people and birds. It is a great alternative to invasive English Holly!
